This roof was just recently installed. The GOOD NEWS is that the roofing company re-nailed the roof deck according to the current building code. This will enable the new owners will get nice discounts on their homeowners insurance premiums. The BAD NEWS is that most of the nails missed the attic framing so the roof deck may still blow off of the home during a hurricane. Whoooops!
